Almota Roses Photography

I am an Eastern Washington photographer based in the rolling hills of the Palouse. My journey to photography has been somewhat unorthodox, being as I had no formal photography training in college (I graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Veterinary Medicine). However, in the past few years, I have read voraciously and practiced nearly daily in my quest to master photography. I have four willing, red-headed models that sometimes allow me to practice on them as well as the many animals that share our farm. My passion for photography started by the desire to capture the everyday life of my children and the flowers and insects that inhabit my gardens. My areas of interest are weddings, high school seniors, families, and landscapes.
